» VNITO Seminar: “System methodology & tools for the growth and transformation of organizations”

There are many key factors that affect the investment decision of an organization: training and human resource development, keeping people, finding customers, processes, infrastructures, ect., The question “How to invest effectively in a limited capacity?” is always a challenge of all kinds of organization.

In order to assist VNITO members regarding development strategy in long term and planning for the year 2017, VNITO Alliance have organized the seminar “System methodology & tools for the growth and transformation of organizations”, sharing by Dr. Nam Nguyen, Director Australia & Southeast Asia–Malik Institute, Switzerland, Vice President – International Society for the Systems Sciences (ISSS), Hon. Visiting Research Fellow – University of Adelaide Business School, Australia. The seminar was organized on December 20, 2016 at TMA Building, Quang Trung Software City.

In his presentation, Mr. Nam Nguyen have introduced the MalikManagementSystems®. These systems are developed by Prof. Dr. Fredmund Malik and his associates, with unique characteristics that enable any management challenge to be overcome. They are universally applicable, meaning that they can be applied to all institutions, all cultures, all persons, at all levels, in all situations.

Based on Malik systems, the organizations can shape their current model of the entire system, find the most important and influential factors for the operation of the system, thereby making the right decisions for growth and development.

The seminar attracted more than 20 senior executives from IT companies, manufatoring companies and consulting companies.
